Question 1

What safety standards do YuQi magnetic building tiles comply with?

Accepted Answer

Every tile is engineered to pass ASTM F963, CPSIA and CPC requirements for the United States, EN71-1/2/3 and EMC magnet-flux limits for the European Union, plus CCC for the domestic Chinese market. Rivets are ultrasonically welded and magnets are locked in sealed pockets so they cannot be released under drop, torque, tension and compression testing.

Question 2

What is the minimum order quantity for an OEM magnetic block programme?

Accepted Answer

Standard-shape sets with your own colour box start at 1,000 sets per SKU. For fully customised tooling we recommend 3,000 sets per SKU so that the mould amortisation stays competitive. Mixed-shape container loading is available to help new importers test several SKUs at once.

Question 3

How long does production and delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Samples are produced in 5–7 working days. Mass production of a 20ft container typically takes 25–30 days after artwork approval, and 35–40 days for new moulds. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, with EXW, CIF and DDP terms also supported.

Question 4

Which materials are used in the magnetic tiles?

Accepted Answer

Shells are moulded from food-grade ABS, with acrylic or PET windows for transparent panels and NdFeB (neodymium) N35 magnets rated for over 100,000 connection cycles. Phthalate-free, BPA-free and heavy-metal-free material certificates are supplied with every shipment.
